When the global pandemic hit in 2020, most companies lacked a remote working strategy and the majority of people had little or no remote work experience. Millions of knowledge workers were sent home without the right tools or guidance for working from home.
In fact, Futuresource recently reported that only 36% of surveyed employees working from home had a dedicated office set up.1 Unfortunately, without the right tools and guidance, it can be nearly impossible to work effectively or productively from home or on the go. It seems that many employees felt unprepared, unproductive, and unprofessional despite doing their best.
