On January 12, 2021, Larsen & Toubro announced taking a step further by taking IBM under the umbrella of its global alliance. Together they aim to help businesses transform their operations through hybrid cloud adoption. L&T Infotech will help the clients migrate and modernize core business applications with the help of IBM cloud offerings, the company said in a statement.
The agreement includes that L&T Infotech and IBM plan aims to develop an innovation center in Bengaluru (India) in 2021. This center will mainly work on IBM’s cloud, automation, integration, data, and AI solutions fostering innovation. Through the collaboration, IBM will provide training to L&T Infotech employees so that in the future, both the companies can come together to conduct workshops and develop solutions for their clients.
