Optima Italia S.p.A. has gone public with Incognito’s Digital Experience (DX) Solution to streamline and enhance the client experience. The announcement was made by Incognito Software Systems Inc., a leading supplier of broadband service orchestration software solutions for digital service providers.
Optima can use Incognito to centralize and simplify the management of all devices in its network to provide a continuous, elevated consumer experience while using a carrier-grade solution that can scale with network and service expansion.

The Digital Experience smart platform, powered by Incognito’s fully featured Broadband Forum-compliant Auto Configuration Server (ACS), automates resolving technical problems that affect service quality.
