General Dynamics Corporation, an aerospace and defense corporation based out of the US, teams up with Klas Telecom’s government unit to deliver a data networking platform with a Type 1 encryption technology engineered to support military customers to get tactical computing functions and communications.
The strategic partnership between the two entities will work toward providing warfighters a deployable communications solutions that operate at the tactical edge.
The idea behind
General Dynamics explained, “The Klas Voyager System now includes the TACLANE-Nano encryptor that has been certified by the National Security Agency for classified information access and sharing.”
TACLANE-Nano is designed to protect voice, data, and video communication up to the top-secret level and can encrypt at 200 megabits per second.
With the strategic collaboration, TACLANE®-Nano (KG-175N) Type 1 encryptor has been successfully combined into the Klas Voyager System. The unified kit offers reliable, efficient, and highly secure communications to the battlefield.
