Kasasa is a financial technology and marketing services organization that works with community financial institutions by providing financial products, advisory services, technical support, web design, and financial analytics. This end-to-end consulting relationship helps its customers successfully compete with megabanks in their communities. Kasasa’s challenge was that it was receiving thousands of data touchpoints and had nowhere to organize and collect the data. It also needed to be able to ensure that its information was up-to-date with its CRM at any given time, and it was unable to do so with Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, Kasasa wanted a way to display this collected data in a uniform way that was easily digestible by customers, and Excel did not provide that solution.
