We needed to change our culture to be more agile and use a technology that allows us to support not only the legacy environments and applications our clients rely on, but also all these new hybrid cloud environments and cloud-native applications our clients are adopting. Using our services professionals, we combined the core Red Hat portfolio of Openshift, Ansible, and 3Scale with our IBM Services Platform with Watson to give us our core automation engine that we could leverage to give us a means to do both the reactive and proactive automation.
