As businesses of all sizes increasingly adopt hybrid or mobile work, teams that collaborate are often distributed around town—or around the globe. This paper examines the communications and collaboration challenges facing distributed teams and how organizations can leverage modern smartphone technologies to achieve fluid collaboration. The result can be improved team productivity that helps organizations to remain competitive without constantly overhauling their hardware and software technology stack.
